Understanding of the importance of food to physical and mental wellbeing
Passion to provide nutritious meals
Ability to tailor food offerings to residents' personal preferences and dietary requirements
Knowledge of the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2005
Ability to maintain kitchen equipment
Ability to follow company stock and order system

Job Responsibility
