The Care Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing programs and services within the San Francisco Health Network that ensure a comprehensive and consistent experience for patients, residents, clients, and their families. In this role, they will develop and implement data-driven frameworks to enhance the overall care experience. These efforts focus on key areas, including: Care Experience Improvement; Grievances and Concerns; Spiritual Care; Workforce Experience; Volunteer Services; Equity.
Job Responsibility:
Develops a comprehensive strategy to enhance care experience, aligning with organizational priorities and industry best practices
Directs the operations of the Care Experience Improvement, Grievances and Concerns, Spiritual Care, Workforce Experience, Volunteer Services, and Equity programs, ensuring implementation of initiatives and service excellence
Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, safeguarding patient rights and mitigating compliance risks
Leads and supports the care experience team, fostering growth and professional development
Collaborates with senior leadership, department heads, and community partners to integrate care experience goals into broader organizational strategies
Leverages data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in care delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Five (5) years of professional experience in hospital or health system administration, operations, or patient experience
