Reporting directly to the Residential Aged Care Manager, you will step into a pivotal second-in-command leadership position. Drawing on your strong clinical background, you will champion resident wellbeing, mentor staff, and ensure excellent clinical governance.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee clinic operations, compliance, reporting, stock management, and the development of top-tier clinical care programs
  • Act as an honest, ethical leader to train and nurture the next generation of nurses and carers
  • Look after residents and foster strong, supportive relationships with their families
  • Assist with the financial management and budgeting of the home

Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • A minimum of 3 years of nursing management experience (at ward level or above)
  • Demonstrated experience managing both people and budgets
  • An honest and ethical leadership style, paired with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself
