Job Responsibility

Strategic Clinical Leadership: Direct the nursing and care workforce, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and national legislative frameworks
Governance & Compliance: Lead clinical governance reform, conduct gap analyses, and ensure 100% compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
Quality Improvement: Oversee the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS), clinical auditing, and risk mitigation strategies (falls prevention, medication safety)
People & Culture: Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, promoting accountability, professional growth, and high performance
