Working as part of a team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Registered Care Manager with the daily operations of our premium home care service.
Job Responsibility:
Carrying out assessments for new clients and devising person centred care plans
Regular compliance audits
Handling incoming queries from Clients and care professionals
Creating efficient staff rotas and participating in the on call rota
Assisting with recruitment, interviews & onboarding
Coordination & delivery of staff in person training and e-learning
Supporting with staff appraisals and supervisions
Attending care calls as required
Supporting the Registered Care Manager with the daily operations
Managing care needs with clients and their families
Supporting a team of care professionals
Setting and managing rotas
Keeping essential records up-to-date
Requirements:
Level 5 Health & Social care or be willing to work towards this
At least 2 years experience within the home care sector
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be flexible around core hours to meet the needs of the client and the team
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
UK driver’s licence
Over the age of 18
