Job Description:

Care Coordinators ensure clients receive quality homecare by organising care in an efficient, safe and responsible manner. The role is fast paced and involves problem solving to ensure all services are running smoothly and in the best interest of care clients and staff. Care Coordinators are a key part of the office team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organising rotas based on clients’ needs and carers availability
  • Problem solving to ensure all services are running smoothly and in the best interest of care clients and staff
  • Dealing with referrals and organising new packages of care
  • Actively participating in growing the business

Requirements:

  • Organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build relationships with care staff and clients
  • Being able to drive is essential, as some parts of the role are based in the community
  • Experience and an understanding of the care sector
