Job Description:

This is a great opportunity to join Radfield Home Care team and develop a career in care management. Working as part of a team, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our care service.

Job Responsibility:

Managing care needs with clients and their families
Supporting a team of care professionals
Setting and managing rotas
Keeping essential records up-to-date

Requirements:

UK driver's licence
Over the age of 18
Access to a vehicle
Previous care experience in roles such as care supervisor, senior care assistants and field care supervisors is beneficial
