Job Responsibility:
Creating rotas and updating schedules to ensure safe staffing levels
Scheduling and coordinating care visits
Matching carers to clients based on skills, experience and needs
Liaising with clients, families, and external professionals
Supporting carers with day-to-day queries and problem-solving
Ensuring care plans and records are accurate and up to date
Participating in the on-call rota as required
Requirements:
Proven experience in domiciliary (dom) care and/or care coordination
Highly organised and able to work under pressure
Communicates clearly and compassionately
Confident using digital systems for rostering and care planning
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
Has the right to live and work in England
