Job Responsibility

Plan, organise and manage staff rotas to ensure support visits are delivered efficiently
Review and update schedules to meet changing service requirements
Complete assessments and care plans to maintain excellent standards of care
Support care teams through supervision, appraisals and ongoing guidance
Provide operational support in the field when required
Build positive relationships with the people we support, their families and professionals
Ensure services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with regulatory requirements
Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards across the service

Management of staff holidays and sickness inputting into E-days
On-call responsibility on a rotational basis (one week every four) to handle out-of-hours (until 10:30pm) contact and ensure full call coverage as part of the management team
Liaise with professionals (e.g., Social Workers, GPs, District Nurses) and client families
Office Administration: Maintain all aspects of the office administration across the carers, clients and all digital systems
First responder to office calls
Completing monthly carer visit note reviews
Inputting and updating staff data/records and availability into company systems
