Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to support individuals by providing information, referrals, and guidance in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide information and referral services to clients

Requirements:
