Job Description

The Care Coordinator is responsible for the effective coordination of domiciliary care services, ensuring service users receive high-quality, compliant care while supporting care staff and maintaining operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate care packages and manage staff rotas
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, policies, and procedures
  • Support care staff through supervision and guidance
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Respond to emergencies and operational issues as required

Requirements

  • Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement)
  • Proven experience in a domiciliary care coordination or senior care role
  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of WA9 3EZ
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a reliable vehicle
  • Work-related car insurance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work flexibly, including on-call duties and weekends
  • Willingness to provide emergency hands-on care when required
  • Satisfactory DBS and employment checks
