In this permanent position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating live-in care services, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of care while supporting the dedicated carers.

Job Responsibility

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and carers
  • Match carers to clients, considering skills, experience, personality, and care needs
  • Manage and maintain accurate carer and client schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Proactively plan to ensure continuity of care and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Support carers throughout their placements
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems, ensuring all communications are documented
  • Monitor service delivery and tackle scheduling challenges head-on
  • Uphold company policies and industry regulations, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients and carers
  • Recognise and escalate safeguarding concerns as needed while maintaining confidentiality
  • Utilise our bespoke CRM system to manage scheduling and communications effectively
  • Produce and interpret operational reports to assist management in achieving strategic goals

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong and solid administration and co-ordination background
  • Organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to deal with sensitive issues
  • A customer-focused approach with robust IT skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • A background within care would be desirable but not essential
