Job Description:

Roby Lodge is looking to recruit Night Care Assistants to join the team. At HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything we do across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Job Responsibility:

  • Support physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents
  • Deliver personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene, meals)
  • Help with daily activities in the home
  • Deliver care that comes from the heart
  • Support residents with limited mobility
  • Offer comfort to residents who are distressed
  • Provide compassionate end-of-life care
  • Put resident wellbeing first
  • Attend safeguarding training
  • Report concerns
  • Use digital care planning technology

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and committed
  • Ability to support physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents
  • Willingness to perform personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene, meals)
  • Ability to help with daily activities
  • Ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect
  • Ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns
  • Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
  • Attendance at safeguarding training
  • Comfort with or openness to learning technology for digital care planning
