At HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything we do. This role is working on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern, 7am-2.30pm. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join the team at Launton Grange, where our focus is always on delivering the highest quality service. Job Responsibility

Take responsibility for the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents
Assist with personal care activities (washing, dressing, personal hygiene, meals)
Support general activities within the home
Provide care that ensures residents never lose their dignity or individuality
Help residents with limited mobility
Offer comfort to residents who are distressed
Provide compassionate end-of-life care

Requirements

Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship or time-limited visas)
Ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect
Willingness to attend safeguarding training
Ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns
Enthusiasm and commitment
Comfort with technology or openness to learning
