Job Description:

Care Assistant (Bank) position for Days & Nights at The Laurels care home. The role involves supporting residents, providing peace of mind to families, and participating in varied daily activities. No experience or qualifications required as full training is provided. The company values humility, accountability, achievement, passion, and integrity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support with personal care needs
  • Help residents take part in special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing (arts and crafts, watching football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips, social occasions)
  • Treat residents with dignity and respect
  • Provide peace of mind to families

Requirements:

  • No previous experience or qualifications required
  • Willingness to share and demonstrate company values (Humility, Accountability, Achievement, Passion, Integrity)
  • Must pass an Enhanced DBS check in relation to Children and Adults
