Job Description

Wixams, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust, are recruiting care staff now! This is an exciting time to be joining Wixams and be part of a supportive team in a luxury retirement village. We provide a domiciliary care service all under one roof. No more travelling! Extracare does not participate in the current "UK Visa Sponsorship" scheme and we would not be able to facilitate sponsorship. Job Responsibility

Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities
Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
Encourage independence and self-belief
Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy

Requirements

Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
Passionate about delivering a quality care service
Flexible with hours
