Care Assistant

Care Assistant (Days OR Nights) at Callands Nursing Home, Warrington. 22, 33 or 44 hour contracts available - 12 hour shifts 7-7 on a rota basis with every other weekend availability required. Night shifts are ideal if you prefer a quieter, more structured pace, working closely with a small, trusted team, having the space to deliver thoughtful, person-centred care, greater autonomy and responsibility. Day shifts are ideal if you enjoy a more social, active environment, building relationships with residents and families, supporting activities and daily routines. You'll play a key role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for—day and night. This includes: personal care delivered with dignity, supporting emotional wellbeing, encouraging independence where possible, working closely with your team to maintain a safe environment.
