About Paradise House - Paradise House is a Dementia residential purpose-built care home catering for up to 39 residents, our aim is to ensure all our residents feel as comfortable & happy as possible. Our homes promote independence, dignity and respect through positive risk taking and empowerment. What You’ll Be Doing - You’ll play a key role in helping residents feel safe, comfortable and cared for—day and night. This includes: Personal care delivered with dignity; Supporting emotional wellbeing; Encouraging independence where possible; Working closely with your team to maintain a safe environment; (Night roles also include light cleaning duties to support the home).
