Advinia has been providing high quality, person-centred care, specialised for older people and focusing on resident wellbeing for over 25 years. We operate 36 Care Homes across the UK and each is led by a team of experienced and dedicated care professionals who are committed to always prioritising the individual needs of Residents.

Job Responsibility

Respecting the Residents’ dignity and privacy
Providing the highest standard of person-centred support to the Residents’ to be as independent as possible
Working with Residents’ and families to deliver person centered care
Supporting with all aspects of personal care: feeding, toileting, bathing
Maintaining thorough and up to date records on each Residents’

Requirements

Fantastic people skills: Supportive and great at communicating. Able to build strong relationships and empathise
Caring by nature: An enthusiastic person-centred approach with a genuine passion for making people’s lives brighter
Great team player: Work well in a team of likeminded people
Adaptable: Think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations
No experience required: Comprehensive induction programme and training plan provided
