Job Description:

Join our team as a Complex Care Assistant and take the opportunity to enhance your skills with full training and clinical support in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, PEG feeding, and more. You'll be supporting a young gentleman in his early twenties with cerebral palsy, working alongside a caring team to provide personal care, medication via PEG, seizure support, and meaningful social interaction. Every day brings something new, and you'll be making a real difference in someone’s life while growing your own knowledge and experience in complex care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support a young gentleman in his early twenties with cerebral palsy

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a complex care assistant role
  • Experience with PEG feeding
  • Experience with C-Pap ventilation support
  • Experience with medication and protocols for seizure management
  • Experience with Moving & Handling Equipment
  • Access to a vehicle is required due to geographical location
