Care Assistant required for nights at The Lodge, an elegant and characterful Victorian house offering outstanding levels of residential and nursing care. Part of Elizabeth Finn Homes, a leading care provider with eight prestigious care homes. The role involves joining a dedicated and well-trained team providing an excellent standard of person-centred care for residents.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes
Help in the promotion of mental and physical activity of residents through talking to them, taking them out, engaging with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and other social activities and recreations
Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary
Ensure residents physical environment meets their needs
Meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence
Requirements:
Prior experience is desirable but not needed
Willingness to undergo training
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
Satisfactory enhanced DBS check with barred lists check
