Care Assistant

• Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes
• Help in the promotion of mental and physical activity of residents through talking to them, taking them out, engaging with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and other social activities and recreations
• Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary
• Ensure residents physical environment meets their needs
• Meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence

• Prior experience is desirable but not needed
• Willingness to undergo training
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
• Satisfactory enhanced DBS check with barred lists check
