Job Responsibility

Providing all aspects of domiciliary care to residents
Assisting with both physical and personal care
Supporting residents in social activities
Promoting and enhancing the physical and emotional well-being of residents
Encouraging residents' independence and self-confidence

Requirements

Genuine passion for providing exceptional care
Friendly and easy to talk to
Good communication skills with residents and colleagues
Ideally possess a care certificate or be open to undertaking the qualification
Flexibility with hours to work on a rota basis including alternate weekends
