As a Care Assistant at Ashlea Lodge, you’ll be a vital part of our dedicated care team. You’ll support residents with their daily needs, always treating them with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture

Requirements:
