Job Responsibility:
Support a young woman living at home with a genetic neurological and developmental condition and epilepsy
All aspects of personal care
Moving and handling
Administering medication
Managing nutrition including PEG feeding
Following established care plans and supporting overall wellbeing
Accompanying her to a day centre three times a week for social activities
Regular outings such as trips to the park, zoo, cinema, and aquarium
Supporting her interests at home such as being pampered, having nails painted, and watching musicals and Disney films
