Job Description:

As part of our home team, you’ll help residents feel safe, supported and truly at home. Every day brings moments that matter, and your compassion and steady presence will make a meaningful difference.

Job Responsibility:

Support residents with daily living: personal care, meals, mobility and meaningful activities
Listen carefully to each person’s preferences and encourage independence wherever possible
Work in line with individual care plans, record concerns and communicate clearly with senior staff
Use equipment safely, maintain confidentiality and follow our policies and guidance
Be a positive, reliable part of the team and complete required training

Requirements:

A warm, caring approach and good communication skills
Patience, empathy and the confidence to support people through a range of needs
