Job Description:

We are looking for a Care Assistant who are dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience. Be part of our dedicated care team within our Urray House Care Home located in Muir of Ord, a picturesque Highland village sandwiched between Inverness and Dingwall, close to the beautiful Moray Firth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents
  • Provide practical assistance and emotional support
  • Respect each individual’s uniqueness and support informed choices
  • Promote the health and wellbeing of residents
  • Ensure health and safety, maintain stock and equipment, adhere to policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Right to work in the UK (not eligible for sponsorship)
