Job Responsibility

Working alongside a team of dedicated Care Assistants
Supporting residents with their daily needs
Following resident care plans ensuring each resident receives the correct person-centered care, support, and daily interaction
Respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents
Playing your own part in creating an environment that’s warm, welcoming, and comfortable

Requirements

Compassion and a forward-thinking attitude
Exceptional communication skills
