Job Description:

The client is a young lady in her teenage years who has a multitude of complex care needs due to SMA Type-2.

Job Responsibility:

Monitoring the client's various clinical needs
Tracheostomy Management
Ventilation Support
PEG Feeding For Medication Administration & Hydration via Mic-Key Button
Suctioning For Respiratory Secretions
Catheter & Stoma Care
Moving & Handling (Wheelchair & Hoist)
Performing personal care and domestic duties when required
School preparations

Requirements:

Experience in complex care is required for position prior to interview
Experience in Tracheostomy
Experience in Ventilators (NIPPY 4)
Experience in PEG / Gastronomy Care
Experience in Catheter Care
Experience in Bowel Management
Experience in Administering medication via PEG
Experience in Suction machines
Experience in Moving & handling equipment. (Wheelchair & Hoist)
