Care Assistant

Harrier House, our beautiful, newly built 84-bed care home, offers luxury care in a warm, welcoming environment. As a Care Assistant, you’ll be more than a caregiver, you’ll be a trusted part of our residents’ lives. From assisting with personal care and meals to offering comfort, companionship, and support, you’ll help create a home where every resident feels valued, safe, and cared for. We’re looking for someone who treats residents like family, with kindness and compassion. All our homes are now registered for the Concert for Carers Scheme, where you can enter ballots to win free tickets to events such as comedy shows & music gigs. You will be given a thorough induction into your role via one of our experienced mentors, while receiving both online and face to face training during this time and throughout your career at Adept Care. Our dedicated Training Manager and Dementia Manager are happy to arrange or support with any additional training you feel you may need to ensure you are supported in reaching your full potential while fulfilling your career ambitions.
