Job Description:

The client is a young gentleman in his teens who has Autism, ADHD, Global Development Delay & PICA. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable and has a strong emotional resilience to join our existing team where no two days are the same.

Job Responsibility:

Providing personal care
Infection control
Constant supervision to ensure a safe environment at all times at home and in the community

Requirements:

Experience in complex care is essential
Experience with Challenging Behaviours
Knowledge of Autism or ADHD
The ability to read social cues of non-verbal clients
The ability to interpret body language or to use visual aids such as PECS
Consistency, emotional resilience & the ability to build trust
Compassionate
Reliable
Strong emotional resilience
