Must be willing to drive 100 miles to cover multiple packages of care
Willingness to support with mobilising new packages of care within 100 mile radius

Previous complex care experience would be advantageous

Job Responsibility

Enhance skill base in complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care

Travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius
Work on an on-call rota

Assist with clean-up following all meals
Take an active part daily in its implementation of Sharing the Way Moment by Moment program
Give the resident choices throughout the day and allow them to be as independent as possible with their personal ADL’s
Pick up laundry from resident apartments, rinse out soiled laundry and dispose of dirty laundry appropriately
