Job Description:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and responsible Care Assistant to join our team in a full-time permanent position at a care home based in Ilford (IG3). In addition to providing high-quality care and support to residents, the role involves occasional driving of the care home’s minibus for outings and appointments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to residents
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship
  • Occasionally drive the care home’s minibus to transport residents safely
  • Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all individuals in care

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (mandatory)
  • Full right to work in the UK (no restrictions)
  • Valid UK Driving Licence (essential for minibus driving)
