Job Responsibility

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication management and light housekeeping
Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring safe transportation
Keep accurate records of services provided and report any changes in client condition or needs
Ensure the home environment is clean, safe, and conducive to the client's well-being
Utilise IT systems for scheduling and reporting purposes, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date
Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their social interaction and mental stimulation
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment
