Care Assistant Twilight | £12.85ph | 15-20 Hours a Week | Part Time | Bowood Court Care Home | Redditch. At Adept Care Homes, we believe everyone deserves to feel safe, valued and truly at home. As a family-run provider, we care for our residents as we would our own loved ones, creating a warm and welcoming environment every day. We’re looking for a Twilight Care Assistant to join our lovely team at Bowood Court Care Home, a friendly 59-bed home in Enfield, Redditch, on a permenant, full time basis, In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our residents’ daily lives – offering a smile, a listening ear, and hands-on support with personal care, mealtimes and activities. We’re searching for someone kind, patient and compassionate, who will treat our residents like family and help make every day a little brighter.

Requirements

  • Previous care experience (desirable)
  • Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
  • Positive and caring attitude (essential)
