Job Description

We are recruiting dedicated Support Workers to work on a contract basis across a variety of Scotland's beautiful offshore islands. This role involves supporting adults in care-at-home or residential settings and offers excellent opportunities to gain experience in unique locations.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver person-centred care tailored to individual needs
  • Support adults in care-at-home or residential settings
  • Follow care plans and promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing

Requirements

  • Experience in care homes or community care roles
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
  • Flexibility to work early and late shifts, including weekdays and weekends
  • At least 2 years of UK-based care experience
