We’re looking for a Day Care Assistant to join our lovely team at Bowood Court Care Home, a friendly 59-bed home in Enfield, Redditch, on a permenant, full time basis. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our residents’ daily lives – offering a smile, a listening ear, and hands-on support with personal care, mealtimes and activities. We’re searching for someone kind, patient and compassionate, who will treat our residents like family and help make every day a little brighter.

Requirements:

  • Previous care experience (desirable)
  • Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
