We’re recruiting Care Assistants to join our warm and welcoming team at Moat House Care Home – a stunning, newly built home in the Burbage conservation area, offering award-winning, luxury residential and dementia care. About the Care Assistant Role: As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents’ everyday needs and wellbeing. You’ll help with personal care, mealtimes, leisure activities, and companionship — ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and truly cared for. We see our Care Assistants as part of our residents’ extended family — treating them with the same kindness and compassion you’d give your own loved ones.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting residents' everyday needs and wellbeing
Helping with personal care, mealtimes, leisure activities, and companionship

Requirements:

Previous care experience (desirable, but not essential)
Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
A positive, caring attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
