Job Description

Care Assistant at Park View Gloucester. If you're a compassionate person with a love for helping others, we'd like to talk to you. Our residents need the support of caring people, like you, to help them lead fulfilling lives. Experience isn't required, but a kind personality is. We provide full training and ongoing development to help you build confidence, gain qualifications, and progress your professional career.

Job Responsibility

Organise and take part in social and recreational activities
Assist with residents' personal care and mealtimes
Provide support to help residents maintain their independence
Get to know residents and their families to provide the best possible care
Maintain accurate records

Requirements

Full-time candidates
With compassion and a drive to help others
Good written/verbal communication and people skills
Work well in a team
Flexibility is important, team members work alternate weekends
Good IT skills, able to work with electronic devices and/or computer systems
