Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to deliver high‑quality, personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. Working alongside our clinical and senior care teams, you'll help create a safe, engaging and comfortable environment where residents can thrive.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver personal care in line with care plans and procedures, documenting accurately
  • Report any changes, concerns, incidents, or complaints promptly to senior staff
  • Support residents with social activities, routines, and meaningful engagement
  • Maintain a clean, safe, secure environment and ensure equipment is used/stored safely
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies
  • take responsibility for ongoing learning and development

Requirements:

  • Secondary school education with good numeracy and literacy
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Level 2 in Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Experience caring for older people
  • Basic knowledge of Care Workers' Codes of Practice
