Job Description:

Provide high-quality night-time care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. Work as part of a dedicated team at Bridgewater House in London.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver person-centred care to residents throughout the night
  • Assist with mobility, personal hygiene, and bedtime routines as required
  • Monitor residents’ needs and respond promptly to any emergencies or requests for support
  • Administer or prompt medication according to care plans and procedures
  • Record observations and update care documentation accurately
  • Liaise with colleagues and health professionals to maintain seamless care
  • Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care or support environment, ideally night shifts
  • Compassionate, respectful, and reliable approach to care
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards qualification
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

Basic first aid training or medication administration experience
