You'll ensure the safe, efficient operation of all equipment while maintaining mastery of our latest standards and protocols.To be successful in this role, you will combine advanced technical proficiency in cardiovascular imaging with a meticulous eye for detail, a commitment to patient safety, and a drive for continuous learning within a dynamic and collaborative Cath Lab team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepares equipment/room to capture appropriate image, per physicians’ direction and in adherence to department protocols
  • Delivers patient care for all age groups while in performing exams/procedures
  • Maintains records and logs as required by department protocols and licensure requirements
  • Performs incidental general office duties to include, but not limited to answering phones

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of Radiological Technology and one year of recent related work experience which may be obtained through practical education/training
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology and one year of work experience in the core level of the job, or any combination of experience or education that would demonstrate the ability to perform the duties of the position
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist 1 (RCIS) with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), and license to practice in the state of Washington
  • American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT), and State of Washington Certification
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS Certification
  • Current American Heart Association ACLS Certification
  • Cardiovascular Technologist Cert must possess Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
  • This location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire
