Job Description:

Cardiopulmonary Educator position at CVS Health providing infusion training and clinical support for patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension therapies, working in home care service setting with travel requirements

Job Responsibility:

Educate patients and caregivers on complex Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension therapies
Provide infusion training and clinical support
Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and sales team
Coordinate patient's plan of care
Develop relationships with patients and caregivers in one-on-one setting
Participate in on-call rotation for weekend coverage

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with current unrestricted license in CT
Ability to obtain additional licensure for multi-state service area
Two years experience in critical care or acute care hospital setting providing high-tech infusions
Two years of high-tech home infusion experience
Participate in on-call rotation
Ability to build positive business relationships with medical/clinical personnel
Ability to travel as required
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Must live within one hour of Stamford, CT

CRNI certification
Bilingual - Spanish
