Job Description:

Cardiopulmonary Educator position at CVS Health providing clinical skills to educate patients and caregivers on complex Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension therapies through infusion training and clinical support in a home care service environment.

Job Responsibility:

Educate patients and caregivers on complex Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) therapies
Provide infusion training and clinical support
Consult and collaborate with physicians, clinicians, pharmacy operations and sales team
Coordinate patient's plan of care
Develop relationships with patients and caregivers in one-on-one setting
Participate in on-call rotation
Travel to see patients and support sales team

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with current unrestricted multi-state license in state of LA
Ability to obtain additional licensure for multi-state coverage area
Two years experience in critical care or acute care hospital setting providing high-tech infusions
OR two years of high-tech home infusion experience
Ability to build positive business relationships with medical/clinical personnel
Current CPR certification
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Participate in on-call rotation
COVID-19 vaccination requirement
Must live within one hour of either New Orleans International Airport or Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport

Nice to have:

Experience in caring for patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH)
