Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator - Registered Nurse

As a Cardiopulmonary Patient Educator with CVS Health, you will have the opportunity to use your clinical skills to be an educator to your patients and their caregivers, helping them understand their complex Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) therapies by providing infusion training and clinical support. You will primarily visit patients within a two-hour drive of Los Angeles (approximately 80% of the time), but will need to have the flexibility to travel throughout the state approximately 20% of the time. This is a direct-hire, full-time position. You will have a uniquely rewarding setting to use their exceptional nursing skills.
