As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.
Job Responsibility
Recruit, hire, develop, and performance manage top talent to build a successful Regional Sales Team
Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop Commercial Team objectives and growth initiatives
Develop a strategic plan to drive CAM Patch adoption
Develop and implement a Regional Business Plan and sales strategy
Empower your team to reach their full potential by crafting a culture that fosters teamwork, planning, and execution
Develop relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Neurologists and Emergency Medicine Physicians
Train staff, physicians and administration on the proper usage and billing codes for our products & services
Requirements
People focused leader with a belief that culture and people development initiatives drive success
Bachelor's Degree
A combination of successful medical sales and leadership (ideally with a focus on Cardiology or Electrophysiology) and B2B sales experience
Proven Healthcare Sales leadership required
Cardiology or Electrophysiology Sales experience preferred
Previous Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales and Leadership experience strongly preferred
Previous Cardiac Monitoring Sales or other remote patient monitoring sales experience preferred
Experience selling to hospitals, including Emergency Departments, is strongly preferred
Excellent relationship-building skill
