Job Description:

A hospital in Burlingame, California is looking for Cardiology Nurse Practitioners to provide additional coverage for increased patient load. Providers can will provide care for adult patients with chronic and acute cardiac diseases. No procedures.

Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate patients with cardiovascular conditions
  • Conduct new and follow-up cardiology visits
  • Manage chronic heart conditions
  • Review EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, labs, and imaging
  • Create and update treatment plans
  • Prescribe and manage cardiac medications

Requirements:

  • Active CA Nurse Practitioner License
  • ACLS/BLS Certification
  • DEA
  • Inpatient experience
