Job Responsibility

Independently manage a group of patients whilst working as part of the multidisciplinary team, delivering individualised and personalised patient care
Work primarily in our acute cardiac assessment clinic
Work in partnership with the consultant cardiologists, ED unit, William Stokes Ward Unit and the angiography unit
Provide skilled nursing assessment and care to patients referred to the Blackrock Clinic
Develop and promote working relationships with other acute care facilities and general practitioner liaison facilitator to promote the service to GP’s
Be a resource throughout the hospital in the care of cardiology patients
Demonstration of Innovation and leadership are essential for this role
