Job Description:

As a Cardiac Rehab RN, you will be a pivotal caregiver, guiding patients through critical cardiac recovery and empowering them and their families with life-changing support and education.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer nursing care to inpatient and outpatient cardiopulmonary rehabilitation participants
  • Develop individualized treatment plan of care
  • Provide patient/family education and counseling for identifying risk factors and developing life-style modifications
  • Supervise inpatient and outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation exercise training and educational sessions
  • Collaborate with other health care members
  • Interpret cardiac rhythms, oxygen saturation and assess for signs/symptoms of exercise intolerance, cardiac ischemia, or hypoxia

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an RN nursing program
  • Registered Nurse: IA
  • Basic Life Support - CPR
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • 2 years of cardiac or critical care experience
