We’re looking for a passionate manager to join us at our Skegness Resort as an Owners Events Manager for our caravan village. As an Owners Event Manager you will be responsible for the Pig & Whistle owners’ bar & events venue. You’ll be vital in helping our guests create smiles – getting stuck in to give them a great on resort experience!
Job Responsibility:
Leading the day-to-day operation of the Pig & Whistle owners’ bar & events venue
Designing and delivering an engaging events calendar relevant to all owner profiles (families, couples, seasonal owners, long term owners)
Working closely with the entertainment team to source and schedule suitable acts
Driving commercial performance, whilst maintaining and growing owner satisfaction
Ensuring safety and legal requirements are paramount, making sure brand standards are adhered to and health & safety along with food standards are always followed
Training team for the bar and floor areas, maintaining a high-quality service for our guest’s experience
Identifying and delivering commercial opportunities such as themed nights, ticketed events, pre booked packages
Manage stock control, wastage and variance investigations
Requirements:
Prior experience in F&B and/or Bar management
Strong experience of being guest and customer-facing and dealing with a range of queries and complaints
Passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular 121's and coaching
Experience of managing rotas based on fluctuating guest volumes
Experience in working with multi-skilled team to support other areas of the business based on guest demand
Able to demonstrate experience of leading teams to success, to include proficiency in managing performance, coaching team, delivering team training, setting standards and role modelling this behaviour, problem solving & feedback
Able to manage multiple priorities and can adapt quickly to changing requirements
