Job Description:

The Car Wash Site Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching a team, managing operations to increase profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to strict safety protocols in an outdoor car wash environment.

Job Responsibility:

Recruit and onboard new employees
Train and coach staff
Schedule employee shifts with strict adherence to overtime policies
Perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition
Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability
Manage operating P&L metrics and understand how expenditures/costs impact business margins and pricing
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of inquiries, incidents, and issues
Follow approved safety procedures
Follow approved vehicle damage claim procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills including active listening
Experience with team building
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Proficient computer skills
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role
Unexpired Driver’s License required
Motor vehicle record check (MVR) will be run post-offer

Nice to have:

Some college preferred
Candidates with supervisory or assistant manager experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply
