Job Description:

This role involves managing car wash site operations, including hiring and training employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, growing sales, and overseeing safety protocols. It requires strong leadership, communication skills, and retail or management experience.

Job Responsibility:

Successfully recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, schedule employee shifts, with strict adherence to overtime policies, perform activities around employee engagement, performance management, and recognition
Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability
Manage operating P&L metrics and understand how expenditures/costs impact business margins and pricing
Ensure that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and issues are resolved in a timely manner
Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures
Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills including active listening
Experience with team building
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Proficient computer skills
Strong work ethic and professional attitude

Nice to have:

Some college preferred
Candidates with supervisory or assistant manager experience from a Big box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store
